Section 1445 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3222 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall annually submit to Congress a report describing the allocations made to, and matching funds received by, eligible institutions under this section. .
