Section 1444 of the National Agricultural Research, Extension, and Teaching Policy Act of 1977 ( 7 U.S.C. 3221 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking paragraph (4); and by adding at the end the following: The Secretary shall annually submit to Congress a report describing the allocations made to, and matching funds received by, eligible institutions under this section. .
