Section 2123 of the Organic Foods Production Act of 1990 ( 7 U.S.C. 6522 ) is amended— by striking the section heading and inserting ; Funding in subsection (b), by striking paragraphs
(1)through
(7)and inserting the following: $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2018; $16,500,000 for fiscal year 2019; $18,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; $20,000,000 for fiscal year 2021; $22,000,000 for fiscal year 2022; and $24,000,000 for fiscal year 2023. ; and by adding at the end the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use to carry out section 2106(b)(4) $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2019, to remain available until expended. The amount made available under paragraph
(1)shall be in addition to any other amounts made available to carry out section 2106(b)(4). .
