Section 118(c)(7)(J) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1268(c)(7)(J) ) is amended by striking clause

(i)and inserting the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this paragraph— $330,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; $360,000,000 for fiscal year 2020; and $390,000,000 for fiscal year 2021. .
