Section 1043 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 ( 33 U.S.C. 2201 note; Public Law 113–121 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (5)(B), by inserting and not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of the after America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 this Act ; in paragraph (7), by striking 5 years and inserting 7 years ; and in paragraph (8), by striking each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019 and inserting each of fiscal years 2015 through 2021 ; and in subsection (b)— in paragraph (3)(A)(i), by striking date of enactment of this Act each place it appears and inserting date of enactment of the ;
America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 in paragraph (4), by striking applicable on the day before the date of enactment of this Act and inserting otherwise applicable ; in paragraph (5)(B), by inserting and not later than 3 years after the date of enactment of the after America's Water Infrastructure Act of 2018 this Act ; in paragraph (7), by striking 5 years and inserting 7 years ; and in paragraph (8), by striking each of fiscal years 2015 through 2019 and inserting each of fiscal years 2015 through 2021 .
