Section 123(d) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1275(d) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subsection— $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2019; and $30,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 and 2021. .
