Not later than June 30, 2019, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report on the status of the implementation of the water supply contract, Department of the Army, Civil Works Contract No. 29–68–A–0130, at Wright Patman Lake, Texas, that— describes the accomplishments or failures relating to the implementation of that contract at Wright Patman Lake; identifies— the activities that the Secretary expects to be necessary to complete the execution of the contract; the expected completion date for each activity identified under subparagraph (A); and the expected execution date of the contract; and describes any adjustments to the timeline for completion of the execution of the contract that the Secretary determines to be necessary.
