The Secretary shall carry out a project for shoreline stabilization on the Lower Brule Reservation, South Dakota, pursuant to section 203 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2000 ( 33 U.S.C. 2269 ). The Federal share of the cost of each separable element of the project described in subsection
(a)may not exceed $10,000,000.
