Section 707(p) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 ( 21 U.S.C. 1706(p) ) is amended— in paragraph (4), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (5), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: $280,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022. .
