In this title: The term cosmetic has the meaning given such term in section 201 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 321 ). The term safety data sheet means the safety data sheets required under section 1910.1200 of title 29, Code of Federal Regulations, or a successor regulation. The term Secretary means the Secretary of Labor.
