Section 303 of the Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act of 2016 ( Public Law 114–198 ; 130 Stat. 720) is amended by striking subsection (c). Section 303(g)(2)(B)(iii)(II) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. (g)(2)(B)(iii)(II)) is amended by striking 100 each place it appears and inserting 275 .
