Section 9003 of the Farm Security and Rural Investment Act of 2002 ( 7 U.S.C. 8103 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end and inserting or ; and in subparagraph (B)— by inserting renewable chemical or biobased product before technology ; and by striking biorefinery that produces an advanced biofuel. and inserting biorefinery. ; and in subsection (g)— by striking paragraph
(1)and inserting the following: Of the funds of the Commodity Credit Corporation, the Secretary shall use for the cost of loan guarantees under this section, to remain available until expended, $75,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023. ; and in paragraph (2), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 .
