Section 12001(d) of the Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2005 ( Public Law 108–287 ; 118 Stat. 1011) is amended by striking after September 30, 2018 and inserting after September 30, 2023 . Section 514(b)(2)(A) of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 ( 22 U.S.C. 2321h(b)(2)(A) ) is amended by striking 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 and inserting 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023. .
