Section 112 of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act ( 42 U.S.C. 5106h ) is amended by adding at the end the following: In addition to amounts otherwise appropriated to carry out this title, there is authorized to be appropriated $60,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023, to provide funds for States to collaboratively develop policies and procedures concerning implementing and developing systems to monitor plans of safe care under section 106(b)(2)(B)(iii). .
