Section 741 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–21 ) shall cease to be effective October 1, 2023. Section 742 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–22 ) shall cease to be effective January 31, 2024. Effective October 1, 2018, subsections

(a)and

(b)of section 206 of the Animal Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2013 ( Public Law 113–14 ) are repealed.
