In this Act: The term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate ; the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate ; the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives ; and the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives . The term Director means the Director of the Peace Corps. The term Peace Corps volunteer means an individual described in section 5(a) of the Peace Corps Act ( 22 U.S.C. 2504(a) ).
