Section 416 of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1416 ) is amended— in subsection (f)— by striking or in favor of the charging party under section 210, ; and by striking or charging party ; and by adding at the end the following: Nothing in this Act shall be construed to prohibit any covered employee from disclosing information that forms the basis of the covered employee's allegation of covered discrimination or covered harassment, if the information contained in the allegation was not obtained in a confidential proceeding. .
