Section 408(a) of the Congressional Accountability Act of 1995 ( 2 U.S.C. 1408(a) ) is amended— in the first sentence, by striking who has completed counseling under section 402 and mediation under section 403 and inserting who meets the applicable requirements of section 404 ; and in the second sentence, by inserting or a violation that is covered discrimination or covered harassment before the period.
