Section 530C of title 28, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by inserting or the Department of Homeland Security after Department of Justice ; and by inserting or the Secretary of Homeland Security after Attorney General ; in subsection (b)— in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting or to the Secretary of Homeland Security after Attorney General ; and in subparagraph (K)— in clause (i)— by inserting or within United States territories or commonwealths after outside United States ; and by inserting or the Secretary of Homeland Security after Attorney General ; in clause (ii), by inserting or the Secretary of Homeland Security after Attorney General ; in paragraph (2)— in subparagraph (A), by striking for the Drug Enforcement Administration, and for the Immigration and Naturalization Service and inserting and for the Drug Enforcement Administration ; and in subparagraph (B), in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking the Immigration and Naturalization Service and inserting the Department of Homeland Security ; in paragraph (5), by striking and replacing with Immigration and naturalization service .—Funds available to the Attorney General ; and Department of Homeland Security .—Funds available to the Secretary of Homeland Security in paragraph (7)— by inserting or the Secretary of Homeland Security after Attorney General ; and by striking the Immigration and Naturalization Service and inserting U.S.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement ; and in subsection (d), by inserting or the Department of Homeland Security after Department of Justice .
