Section 6(g) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 ( 29 U.S.C. 206(g) ) is amended— by striking paragraph

(2)and redesignating paragraphs

(3)through

(5)as paragraphs

(2)through (4), respectively; in paragraph (2), as so redesignated, by striking or

(2); and in paragraph (4), as so redesignated, by striking 20 years, except and all that follows through the period and inserting 20 years. .
