Section 25 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 ( 7 U.S.C. 2034 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by adding at the end the following: For each of fiscal years 2018 through 2027, not less than 10 percent of the amount of grants under this section shall be made available for grants for community food projects described in subsection (d)(6). ; in subsection (d)— in paragraph (4), by striking or at the end; in paragraph (5)(C), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2027, assist communities affected by hurricanes and severe wind. ; and in subsection (e)— in paragraph (1), by striking The Federal and inserting Except as provided in paragraph (4), the Federal ; and by adding at the end the following:
For each of fiscal years 2018 through 2027, in the case of a community food project described in subsection (d)(6), the Federal share described in paragraph
(1)shall be 100 percent. .
