Title III of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 ( 52 U.S.C. 30101 et seq.) is amended— in section 301, by striking paragraph
(10)and inserting the following: The term Administration means the Federal Election Administration. ; by striking Federal Election Commission and inserting Administration each place it appears; and by striking Commission and inserting Administration each place it appears. Section 3502(1)(B) of title 44, United States Code, is amended by striking Federal Election Commission and inserting Federal Election Administration . Section 207(j)(7)(B)(i) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by striking the Federal Election Commission by a former officer or employee of the Federal Election Commission and inserting the Federal Election Administration by a former officer or employee of the Federal Election Commission or the Federal Election Administration . Section 103 of the Ethics in Government Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended— in subsection (e), by striking the Federal Election Commission and inserting the Federal Election Administration ; and in subsection (k), by striking the Federal Election Commission and inserting the Federal Election Administration . Section 9002(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended to read as follows: The term Administration means the Federal Election Administration established under section 351 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 . . Chapter 95 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking Commission and inserting Administration each place it appears. Section 9032(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended to read as follows: The term Administration means the Federal Election Administration established under section 351 of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 . . Chapter 96 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by striking Commission and inserting Administration each place it appears. Section 3(c) of the Voting Accessibility for the Elderly and Handicapped Act ( 52 U.S.C. 20102(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking Federal Election Commission and inserting Federal Election Administration ; and by striking Commission and inserting Administration ; and in paragraph (2), by striking Federal Election Commission and inserting Federal Election Administration .
