Subject to part 1520 of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, the Administrator shall quarterly make available to the airport director of an airport— an assessment of the screening performance of that airport compared to the mean average performance of all airports in the equivalent airport category for screening performance data; and a quarterly briefing on the results of performance data reports, including— a scorecard of objective metrics developed by the Office of Security Operations to measure screening performance, such as results of annual proficiency reviews and covert testing, at the appropriate level of classification; and other performance data, including— passenger throughput; wait times; and employee attrition, absenteeism, injury rates, and any other human capital measures collected by TSA.
