Of the funds made available in paragraph (2)(A) under the heading Employment and Training Administration—Training and Employment Services in division H of Public Law 115–31 for the period October 1, 2017, through September 30, 2018, $30,000,000 are hereby rescinded. For an additional amount for Employment and Training Administration—Training and Employment Services , $30,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2019, for training and employment assistance under sections 168(b), 169(c) (notwithstanding the 10 percent limitation in such section) and 170 of the WIOA for workers in the Appalachian region, as defined by 40 U.S.C. 14102(a)(1) and workers in the Lower Mississippi, as defined in section 4(2) of the Delta Development Act ( Public Law 100–460 , 102 Stat. 2246; 7 U.S.C. 2009aa(2) ).
