Not later than October 1, 2019, each Inspector General listed in subsection
(b)shall carry out and submit to the congressional intelligence committees a report on the following: A study of the application of classification and handling markers on a representative sample of finished reports, including compartments. A study analyzing compliance with declassification procedures. A study on reviewing processes for identifying topics of public or historical importance that merit prioritization for a declassification review. The Inspectors General listed in this subsection are as follows: The Inspector General of the Intelligence Community. The Inspector General of the Central Intelligence Agency. The Inspector General of the National Security Agency. The Inspector General of the Defense Intelligence Agency. The Inspector General of the National Reconnaissance Office. The Inspector General of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
