Subsection
(a)of section 265 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1305(a) ) is amended to read as follows: Each alien required to be registered under this Act who is within the United States shall notify the Secretary of Homeland Security of each change of address and new address within ten days from the date of such change and shall furnish such notice in the manner prescribed by the Secretary. . Section 333 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1444 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Secretary may modify the technical requirements of this section in the Secretary's discretion and as the Secretary may deem necessary to provide for photographs to be furnished and used in a manner that is efficient, secure, and consistent with the developments in technology. .
