Subclause

(I)of section 212(a)(3)(B)(iv) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)(B)(iv) ) is amended— by revising subclause

(I)to read as follows: to commit a terrorist activity or, under circumstances indicating an intention to cause death, serious bodily harm, or substantial damage to property, incite to commit a terrorist activity; ; and by adding at the end the following: to threaten, attempt, or conspire to do any of acts described in subclauses

(I)through (VI). .
