In this Act: The term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate ; and the Committee on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives . The term Council means any Regional Fishery Management Council established under section 302 of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1852 ). The term limited access privilege program means a program that meets the requirements of section 303A of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act ( 16 U.S.C. 1853a ).
The term mixed-used fishery means a Federal fishery in which two or more of the following occur: Recreational fishing. Charter fishing. Commercial fishing.
