Section 901(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2339; 10 U.S.C. 133a note) is amended— by striking and all that follows through Research and Engineering .— Effective on February 1, 2018 and inserting ; and Research and Engineering .—Effective on February 1, 2018 by striking paragraph (2).
