Not later than 1 year after the date on which the enhanced eligibility and underwriting valuation requirements are implemented under this subtitle, and every year thereafter, the Federal Housing Administration shall issue and make available to the public a report that— enumerates the number of covered loans of the Federal Housing Administration for which there was an energy efficiency report, and that used energy efficiency appraisal guidelines and enhanced loan eligibility requirements; includes the default rates and rates of foreclosures for each category of loans; and describes the risk premium, if any, that the Federal Housing Administration has priced into covered loans for which there was an energy efficiency report.
