Section 121(a) of the Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2012 ( 16 U.S.C. 1725a(a) ), is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking Secretary of the Interior and inserting head of a participating entity (as defined in section 203 of the Public Lands Corps Act of 1993 ( ; and 16 U.S.C. 1722 )) (referred to in this subsection as a participating entity ) by striking in paragraph
(1)directly to a position with a land managing agency of the Department of the Interior and inserting in paragraph
(2)directly to a position with a participating entity ; and in paragraph (2)(A), by striking land managing agency, such as the National Park Service Business Plan Internship and inserting participating entity .
