In this Act: The term Committee means the Great Lakes Aquatic Connectivity and Infrastructure Committee established by section 5(a). The term Director means the Director of the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. The term Great Lakes States means each of the States of Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, and Wisconsin. The term Program means the Great Lakes Aquatic Connectivity and Infrastructure Program established by section 4(a). The term Secretary means the Secretary of Transportation. The term strategic plan means the strategic plan developed under section 4(d)(1).
