Section 223(b)(2) of the Victims of Child Abuse Act of 1990 ( 42 U.S.C. 13023(b)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph
(B)by striking and at the end; in subparagraph
(C)by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: procedures for identifying, and improving the judicial response to, children who are vulnerable to child sex trafficking, including development of a victim-centered approach to addressing commercial sexual exploitation of children. .
