With respect to the total amount authorized to be appropriated for means-tested housing programs for fiscal year 2017, there is authorized to be appropriated to carry out section 404, an amount equal to— such amount for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2024; 90 percent of such amount for fiscal year 2025; 80 percent of such amount for fiscal year 2026; 70 percent of such amount for fiscal year 2027; 60 percent of such amount for fiscal year 2028; and 50 percent of such amount for fiscal year 2029.
