Section 210(a) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2238 ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: up to 100 percent of the Coast Guard’s eligible operations and maintenance costs necessitated by the completion of a navigation improvement project. . Section 214(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2241 ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking subparagraph
(B)and inserting subparagraphs
(B)and
(C); by redesignating subparagraph
(C)as subparagraph (D); by inserting after subparagraph
(B)the following: As applied to the Coast Guard, the term eligible operations and maintenance means all operations and maintenance reasonably necessary to relocate or establish a Federal navigational aid necessary for a navigation improvement project. ; and in subparagraph (D), as redesignated, by striking the period at the end and inserting , except as applied to the Coast Guard under subparagraph (C). .
