Part E of subtitle II of title 46, United States Code, is amended— in section 7106(b), by striking merchant mariner’s document and inserting license ; in section 7107(b), by striking merchant mariner’s document and inserting certificate of registry ; and in section 7507(b)(2), by striking a merchant mariner’s document and inserting a license or a certificate of registry. .
