In this Act— the term Chinese-American Veterans of World II includes individuals of Chinese ancestry who served— honorably at any time during the period December 7, 1941, and ending December 31, 1946; and in an active duty status under the command of the Armed Forces; and the term Secretary means the Secretary of the Treasury.
