Section 2667(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (5), by striking on or after January 1, 2005, and inserting from January 1, 2005 through December 31, 2005, ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Money rentals received by the United States from a lease under subsection
(g)at a military installation approved for consolidation, closure, or realignment under a base closure law on or after January 1, 2006, shall be deposited into the Account established under section 14(a) of the Military Infrastructure Consolidation and Efficiency Act of 2017. . Section 47151(g) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking section 2687 of title 10, section 201 of the Defense Authorization Amendments and Base Closure and Realignment Act ( and inserting 10 U.S.C. 2687 note), or section 2905 of the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 ( 10 U.S.C. 2687 note) a base closure law, as that term is defined in section 101(a)(17) of title 10, . Section 6304(d)(3)(A) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking the Defense Base Closure and Realignment Act of 1990 (part A of title XXIX of and inserting Public Law 101–510 ; 10 U.S.C. 2687 note) a base closure law, as that term is defined in section 101(a)(17) of title 10, .
