As part of carrying out the Democracy Dollar Program, the Democracy Dollar Administrator shall ensure that forms, materials, and information relating to the Program are provided in the applicable language of language minority groups, as defined in section 203 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 ( 52 U.S.C. 10503 ).
