Section 1125(c) of the Financial Institution Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act of 1989 ( 12 U.S.C. 3354(c) ; as added by section 1473(q) of the Dodd Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking and at the end; by redesignating paragraph
(2)as paragraph (3); and by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following new paragraph: with respect to any regulated entity (as such term is defined in section 1303 of the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 ( 12 U.S.C. 4502 )), the Federal Housing Finance Agency; and .
