Section 3(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 ( 15 U.S.C. 77c(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: Any qualified security, as such term is defined in section 321 of the Protecting American Taxpayers and Homeowners Act of 2018. . Section 27B of the Securities Act of 1933 ( 15 U.S.C. 77z–2a ) is amended by striking subsection (d).
