In revising the land and resource management plan for the Shasta-Trinity, Six Rivers, Klamath, and Mendocino National Forests, the Secretary shall include a comprehensive fire management plan for the wilderness areas and wilderness additions established by this Act. In carrying out the revisions required by subsection (a), the Secretary shall— develop the fire management plans in accordance with— the Guidance for Implementation of Federal Wildland Fire Management Policy dated February 13, 2009, including any amendments to that guidance; and other appropriate policies; ensure that a fire management plan for a wilderness area expanded by section 301— applies to the entire wilderness area, including the addition; and provides consistent direction regarding fire management to the entire wilderness area; and consult with— appropriate State, Tribal, and local governmental entities; and members of the public.
