Section 41303 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12463 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1)— in subparagraph (C), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: strategies within each of these areas addressing underserved communities. ; in subsection (d)(3)— in subparagraph (A), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: include a significant focus on underserved populations. ; in subsection (f), by striking $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $45,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 ; and in subsection (g), by inserting , with remaining funds available to be distributed to any of the purposes or a comprehensive project addressing more than one purpose area before the period at the end.
