Section 393A of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 280b–1b ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (2), by inserting before the semicolon at the end the following or other digital services ; and in paragraph (7), by striking sexual assault and inserting sexual violence, including sexual assault and sexual harassment ; in subsection (b), by striking Indian tribal and inserting Indian Tribal ; and in subsection (c)— in paragraph (1), by striking $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $150,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 ; and by adding at the end the following:

Of the total amount made available under this subsection in each fiscal year, not less than 80 percent shall be available for formula grants to States for the purpose of State and local rape prevention activities. .
