Sec. 103. National Intelligence Estimate on intentions of Russia

Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall produce a National Intelligence Estimate on the political and military intentions of Russia, including with respect to each of the following: Russian leadership intentions in pursuing military and subversive scenarios against members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, including the conduct of an exercise on the border with Belarus of more than 100,000 Russian forces in September 2017. Russian leadership reactions to the European Deterrence Initiative. Areas of possible joint dialogue with Russia.
