Section 368 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010 ( Public Law 110–259 ; 50 U.S.C. 3051 note) is hereby repealed. Section 308 of the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 (division N of Public Law 115–31 ; 131 Stat. 813; 50 U.S.C. 3222 ) is amended by striking subsection (c). Section 601 of such Act (division N of Public Law 115–31 ; 131 Stat. 827) is hereby repealed. Section 210D of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 124k ) is amended— by striking subsection (c); and by redesignating subsections
(d)through
(i)as subsections
(c)through (h), respectively; and in subsection (c), as so redesignated— in paragraph (8), by striking ; and and inserting a period; and by striking paragraph (9). Section 8G of the Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.) is amended by striking subsection (g).
