(a)There are appropriated under the heading Mental Health under the heading Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services , in addition to any other amounts made available under such heading and in order to provide additional funding for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, $2,802,000. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, the total amount appropriated under the heading Substance Abuse Treatment under the heading Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services is hereby reduced by $2,802,000.
