Section 101(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1101(a) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The term contingent nonimmigrant has the meaning given that term in section 1101(b)(2) of division B of the Border Security and Immigration Reform Act of 2018. .
