Section 905(j)(1)(A)(i) of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 387e(j)(1)(A)(i) ) is amended by inserting or to a tobacco product subject to an order that the Secretary has issued to such person under subsection (c)(1)(A)(i) of section 910, after as of February 15, 2007, .
