The following provisions are repealed: The Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998 ( Public Law 105–277 ; 21 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.). Chapter 2 of the National Narcotics Leadership Act of 1988 ( Public Law 100–690 ; 21 U.S.C. 1501 et seq.). Section 203 of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–469 ; 21 U.S.C. 1708a ). Section 1105 of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–469 ; 21 U.S.C. 1701 note).
Section 1110 of Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–469 ; 21 U.S.C. 1705 note). Section 1110A of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–469 ; 21 U.S.C. 1705 note). Section 4 of Public Law 107–82 ( 21 U.S.C. 1521 note). The Law Revision Counsel shall ensure that the website and any other publication issued after the date of the enactment of this Act for the Office of the Law Revision Counsel shows that the laws reflected in subchapter II of chapter 20 and chapter 22 of nonpositive law title 21 of the United States Code have been repealed.
